Structural modification of the site

Hello,

I am new to SPIP. In the office where I work, we would like to make some changes in the structure and design of the page (change the name of the site, headers, site root sections), but it is not posible through the web interface and we don’t have access to the files of the web site. The person who designed the page is not working here anymore and the version that was uploaded has never been redesigned since then and it is not available for us. It is SPIP 1.9.2b version. What can we do in this case ? Is it possible to recover the web site files through the web host server ? How can we make changes in the web site ? At the moment we can just create some subsections, articles and news. Nothing else.
