How to config SQL when download site from Webserver to localhost

I have problem need your help.

I just had download source code from webserver to our localhost for working, but after create database and change config in config/config.php i goto FF and open link http://localhost/paradisecruises.org/ but i miss error Error...
File not found : notes

Please advise !
