Using the private area

Hello

I can’t login to my “private area”.
The user and the pass are ok, if I try to login with a different user and/or password e says me that is an unregistered user or wrong pass.
I tried to “recover” the pass from the login page but the email that I write (that is the valid one) gives always error.
Can anybody explains me how do I resolve this situation ?
