I get login : Access forbidden message

Hi,

I get the above message when I try to access the back-end of my site (http://www.homeopathytoday.eu/). I tried all methods of resetting the password with no luck including resetting it in the actual database.
I keep getting Access Forbidden.
I am not sure what to do and unless I do a complete reinstall of the site, I’d like to see if anyone else has experienced this before and can help.
