undefined function traiter_appels_actions()

when I setup spip2.0,I got this message :
Fatal error : Call to undefined function traiter_appels_actions() in C :\DATA\apache-VHswww.cem-macau.com\spip\backend\public.php on line 93

My environment is winxp,apache2.2, php52, mysql51.

Please help me.
