iframe - load boucle initially

hi,

I have a table with two iframes. I have no problem
with displaying an article in an iframe, but I have a problem
to display a boucle in that iframe initially.

This is my table:

so, in this iframe, I display a html document, start.html,
but I would like to display a document like this:

can somebody help me?
