well, if you install phpMyVisites (free GPL app) on your site, it is quite simple to use and really cool I think.
Then, you only have to make a template that looks something like that :
that you would include in all of your pages with something like <INCLURE(stat.php) {id_rubrique} {id_article} {id_breve}>
Note that this is basically the code for the counter provided by phpMyVisites but I added a small loop to get the title of the visited page.
You can then make these stats public in phpMyVisites. so people will be able to see them.
I am still working on how to access the data collected by that through spip loops.
