Setting typographic rules for automatic use in articles

Hello,

I would like to know how I could set typographic rules for my language in SPIP.

First I would like to have automatically replaced " a " to "a ", so that monosyllabic conjuctions and prepositions would join with the following word and wouldn’t remain alone at the end of the lines.

Then I would like to have automatically changed English quotation marks to quotation marks in my language whose codes are „ and “.

Finally, I would like to have automatically changed dash separated by spaces ( - ) to – separated by spaces. ( – ).

Would it be possible in SPIP ? Could I set it somewhere, so I will not need to write any more code to my articles ?
