Problème Upload Image "code d’erreur : 403 Interdit le serveur a refusé l’URL"

Bonjour,

Je viens de migrer de la version 2 de spip dans la version 3.0.17.
Le site fonctionne correctement mais je ne peux plus uploader d’image dans mes articles.
J’ai un message d’erreur : Impossible d’afficher la page - "code d’erreur : 403 Interdit le serveur a refusé l’URL"

Je regarder un peu partout et sur pas mal de forum et je ne trouve rien.

Comme piste j’ai des error dans les logs spip :

J’ai aussi un message dans maintenance :Avertissement : la configuration de votre serveur HTTP ne tient pas compte des fichiers .htaccess.
Or j’ai bien activer AllowOverride All....
