How to add notes to sections for users SPIP

Hi all,

I wonder if there is a way to add info for back-end users of the private area in SPIP. I am currently handing over the site and will be leaving the project and I want to document what I have done section-by-section. It would be really useful if I have where to leave notes for other users in order to make sure they use the correct naming conventions, or order articles in a specific way depending what section they are administering.

Any ideas ?
