SPIP 2.1.8 tarball rerolled

Good day !

I’m trying to update spip in freebsd ports to 2.1.8.
I’ve tested it with tarball downloaded on January 14 from
http://files.spip.org/spip/archives/SPIP-v2-1.8.zip, but
now i see that it was rerolled in 24 January. File size is the same, but checksum changed. Can you please confirm that this change is intentional (i.e. it wasn’t backdoored or so) and what is changed in tarball between 14 Jan and 24 Jan. Thanks.
