Can SPIP handle a site with lots of traffic ? Are you able to create categories for articles and post individual artciles within each category ?

I run http://reviewlinux.com and I am looking for a much simpler cms that can become w3 complaint ? But I need to be able to setup a category system similiar to what I have. Also I know wrong forum but I would need a professional template created too.
